Kelsey Rae Thomas MFA at Mills College

On this episode of the MFA Chronicles Podcast we talk with Kelsey Rae Thomas. Kelsey is an MFA at Mills College and is a participant in the CAMFA by Glamfa 2021 exhibition. We start off the conversation talking about what she likes to do when not making art such as video games, books, hiking, and music.  Kelsey tells us how she defines herself as a textile sculptor and it's relationship with fashion. I asked Kelsey about her MFA experience so far, why she chose Mills and what it has been like going to school during a pandemic. We also talk about social media and how she uses it in regards to her work. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.
